Not an excuse. The people who called it were not “in the biz” and by definition were not “focused” on those two markets. What is it about market wide fundamentals that you three just don’t seem to understand?
Why is it that a former tech guy, Rich Toscano, ends up starting a website about the market fundamentals in SD that the “professionals” couldn’t see three years ago???
I think this thread and the other thread is pretty interesing because both of them clearly illustrate the myopia that exists in REIC even now in the face of an obvious Housing led recession. Decades from now, these RE Blogs will be studied as clear examples what happens in financial manias.
