Most of your points are completely valid, but you’re as anecdotal as the next guy (as am I). Santee never will be Del Cerro (and I’m not trying to say Del Cerro is all that or Santee sucks). Seems to me you just phrase it differently, e.g. “there is no substitution effect”. Maybe it’s just a matter of degree?
