BTW, 1 story homes live bigger than 2 story homes because they have less wasted space for hallways and stairs. A good rule of thumb is to add 15 to 20% to the sq ft of the 1 story when comparing to a 2 story. Yes but with a little work, it’s more storage space as well Plus there is also a place to hang more pictures.

Yea I think several pigg’s sent out that memo a few months ago, If you bought in Jan/Feb, you are probably up nicely but I am not sure if it is a lasting thing or not.
