That’s a shame that the “SS owner” got away with stripping here as the kitchen was its best asset.
However, the mold and drainage, cracked waste pipe and unpermitted garage are fixable issues. If a second story was added to this property, it would be worth WELL over $1M. I would bet marbles to chalk that this “flipper” has already filed an application for a permit for a second story on this gem.
