Didn’t I find 2 4BR SFR for 500k in UC? I didn’t say those are good deals. I just say they do exist. For 500k, I rather get this: http://www.sdlookup.com/MLS-100011172-8025_Hagans_Cir_San_Diego_CA_92126. Spend an extra 5 minutes in commute, get much better property. The schools are about the same between the 2 areas.
