Outside of my backyard, I don’t want to do anything externally to the house. Short of putting a rocket, a huge antenna dish, or amazon trees back there you are pretty set.

Sorry, but it sounds the same to me. If you want to be original, you’re screwed in such area. If you like to conform, then such area would be great. I paid for my house with my money, so I don’t like to have people tell me what I can and can’t do with my house, be it paint, window covering, trees, etc.
