I didn’t say they’re great property. What does being over $300/sq-ft have anything to do with anything? They might suck, but they’re still listing for in the 500s. Their price in 2005-2006 are $970,000, $775,000, $745,000, $799,000. So, although they suck, they were sold for much more than $700k. Which means the more desirable house must have sold for more than that. That’s why I responded to CAR w/ those listings. She said that houses that sold in NCC for $700k around 2005 are now around $650k. These undesirable houses sold for more than $700k, yet are listing for below $600k. So price have definitely dropped more than $50k.
