You’re welcome. I was over estimate w/ the $1.70/sq-ft. I guess more reasonable would be $1.40/sq-ft for CV. Here’s a cookie and gold star. I guess it sucks for all who want rent parity in the high end. Did high end ever got to rent parity in the last bottom?
