So, are you saying total loan amount will have a better indication of holding power vs LTV? BTW, who cares what the average is. I’m not debating the fact that most if not all of the people who have high LTV have very little to no holding power once unemployment hit them. We already established that svelte and those who are financially conservative are the minority and this group of houses shows that. Also, you basically just proved my point that high LTV are just as damaging on the high loan amount as low loan amount when unemployment hits.
