Friends just went into escrow. I know the house and felt it was overpriced. So did they – so their first offer was on the low side… it went back and forth 4 times – finally settling “within the range”…. but not at the top.
But she said something about the final negotiation that had a ring of truth…
“Both sides are unhappy with the price – which means it’s probably the right price.”
