A buddy of mine just found out he submitted an offer on a place that has been in escrow for a week. Apparently the agent didnt know the place he was showing was in escrow!
This guy has been dicken my buddy around for months. At the latest open house tour with him 3 places were on the list. First he was half an hour late. Then he realized he forgot the key to one place. Another he had the wrong code. The final one was also in escrow and he didnt know it when he showed up (we called the listing agent on our own). 3 for 3.
