It’s ideal for what I’m thinking because its really close to the offices occupied by Intuit. The community looks doable.
The only issues I have with this is 1) price (obviously) 2) this is a corner unit.
I guess $400k is dreaming a bit. But it would make a convenient rental if the 56/15 corridor grows.
