There’s a lot of this going around. For example, companies that offer to help you set up a corporation. For as little as $100, not including the government’s fees, they will fill out all the paperwork (a couple pages) and submit it for you. Of course, you’ll have to provide them with all the information that they need to put in the form, a form that you can download yourself from the state government web site.
