SD Realtor has it right regarding wide variations in foreclosures and valuations. Of course no area is absolutely immune, but we can already see how certain areas are holding up much, much better than others. My current neighborhood is holding up very well, with the most recent sale (March ’07) only about 5% down from the mid ’05 peak sales.
