But its easier to sit back and complain than to take action. Then there is the matter of the risk of buying an older home without being able to inspect it and know what you are getting yourself into and whether you have the cash to deal with it.
Sorry but I never beleived the TS market was for owner occupants. You and I went back about JTR’s program which I said was a good tool for attracting buyer prospects. I predicted he would never sell a single one. How many has he sold so far since announcing the program last year? This isnt a criticism of him but rather a recognition that its not a game for primary home buyers.
