Stocktrader’s spouse is not just nice, she is smart. Oh, and BTW, when I thought about the same idea awhile back, I took that into account from the get-go. I.e., only one spouse on the loan (hopefully would have been enough). Who was going to be the sacrifical lamb, that was TBD…Probably me, as I have a bit higher income and higher score…I proposed the stupid idea, I voluneered… how do you like that?[/quote]
Ok, now that’s my kind of woman…Someone that doesn’t expect the hubby to always take it for the team….
I pondered about the feasibility of short sales to a spouse/relative/etc with an agent in on it, and wondered it that was done in some of these deals…Not saying I would do it, just wondering if it ever happened.
