Yes, you wouldn’t want to be on the 56 side. It’s tough b/c even backing Carmel Country gets busy as people go to the 56.
I wouldn’t do it for 600k and I’m amazed that Mona Lisa is pending in that range.
Case-Shiller says we’re at 2002 pricing. I think they’re overpaying, but sdr probably thinks they’re moving on w/their life. But if it goes down to 2002 levels, then it should be in the 450k range.
