I think if you and spouse get the “buy house” bug again, I have a proposal that might be better for both of you.
1)Present the facts on this board
2)Create a poll, with two responses.
a)Yes we should buy this house
b)No we should not buy this house
Let piggs decide the purchase.
That way, you’re wife can’t blame you for the decision and you can blame us for the decision.
Heck you might even be able to star in a new reality show. “How the Virtual World Helped Me Buy a House” or “How the Virtual World Lead Me to a Money Pit”, depending on the outcome.
