Same here, this is what I seen in the area:
1. The vacant house that’s sitting for months, dead grass obviously in distress, no sign, no listing.
2. The vacant house with sign but not listed anywhere.
3. The vacant house with notice on the door that’s its a REO, but not listed (for months….).
