Actually we do it all the time.
El Salvador, Nicaragua, and I am sure in many other parts of the world. It’s called Black Ops for a reason. This one was just a “to good to pass up” PR session for the president.
But also, the american people needed this one. Too many lives lost, and too much bad news not to give the american people a little good news for once.
