Agree with Russell on this. Sounds like a decent idea as long as it’s in a safe area for the family. Cheap is great, but it’s not worth risking your lives. Also, consider whether or not you can live there long-term (like the rest of your lives). If the answer is “yes,” it’s a no-brainer.
If it’s “cheap” just because of the carpets, etc., go for it! (I’m sooooo envious of you guys in Temecula!!!) 🙁
