The proximity to freeways is one of the biggest selling points. With good traffic, CLMT is 20 min from anything worth going to.
There is little “inner city” here. Maybe a little “trailer park” here and there but not much “inner city.”
Actually, the weather can vary a bit. If you get stuck in a windless area, it can be uncomfortably hot.
