Rus you did good man. To be honest I am really surprised that the bond market has remained so strong. If you look at the past few weeks we have been really stuck in a pretty narrow trading range. It tried to break out to the up side a few weeks ago as people were selling off a little bit… it crawled up to like 3.9 but then as more sh-t hit the fan people ran for cover again. Good for you for locking into the low rate!
