Rus I assume you are keeping your eyes open given the mess down in portero. I had a meeting down in Bonita this afternoon and saw that one from far away. Left there at 5 pm and went straight out to our friends who live in way way southwest ramona off of highland valley. When we were there late in the afternoon it was blowing but had died down as it got later…then shortly after sundown (it was hard to tell if it was sundown but it was dark instead of brown grey) the wind picked up pretty heavy… The thing that was kind of dufus was that these people said that thier neighbors went to the meeting in ramona today with fire officials and the prevailing opinion was that the winds would die down this evening… not the greatest assumption in my book. Then again there is not alot they could have done since there is not much firefighting you can do at night anyways.
