Rhino – I agree Ricki was nice to deal with. I have some clients who initially did go there many months ago on thier own. I went with them again a few months ago and was able to get them off the list so that I could represent them and give them a commission rebate. They have not decided to buy yet and are still looking around but if they do buy there they will get a nice credit back.
