Really good posting PKMAN. Santee gets alot of bad press mostly by people who do not live there. It is nice to get factual information. Right now I am doing a low end search for someone and out of about 20 properties he sent me 18 of them have offers on them, they are all short sales. We will see how many of them close because buyers flake out alot.
