It was just a random listing from Minneapolis craigslist and the rent did not seem particularly high for the city. Having a nearby lake to skate is nice, but I’m not sure if it beats having a garage.
How about you find a neighborhood that’s comparable to MM and show us some typical rental listings for 3br’s?
