Dude, I didn’t even make the original post, nor do I think we’re even close to bottom. I suppose the only thing that could have been perceived as a troll was the comment I made about enginerds, but if you want to deny that that’s not possible that’s your opinion. Paystubs don’t lie.
They other point though is even with dink incomes (without heavy in the money stock options), it’s not feasible to get into the homes that are in LJ at these prices. That’s what I would call stretching too thin, and most enginerds are way to calculating to do something that stupid.
And no, I don’t agree with LJP comment’s about all the “wannabe’s” that overstretched in CV. Yes, there are plenty of “overstretchers”, but the use of the word “ALL” is erroneous.
Sheesh, if you’re going to call someone a troll, at least get the right person… (la-jolla-pig, or whatever the signature is). And no, I don’t have that as a login account. Why would I say I live in LJ, when it’s a fact i live in CV? Some of us need to be a little more detail oriented. (Just kidding, I’m just giving you crap).
