Alex, I sold my home and a second residence that I used for rental income (both in Leucadia and both paid for) when I saw what the future was going to bring to housing prices in SoCal. I cashed out and got the hell out of the state. I lived in north county coastal San Diego for 32 years so based on the facts…………..who’s the doofus?
