EconProf, I haven’t traced my ancestry back far enough to know the exact percentages. I don’t, however, think it’s over 50% white. As stated, neither of my parents are white.
I understand what you are saying, and genetically, a LOT of us are are comprised of more than one race (biracial).
I’m not buying into the crap of the plantation owners and their perception of the races, I base what I believe regarding what is the prevailing definition according to society today.
