Without it no military or goverment operates. If you have a critque of your boss or disagrement you take it up in private quarters. If you have a good leader he listen but that doesn’t mean his orders will change. Command is a mask and the subordinate is not usually privy to all information and in fact… The commander might not be privy to all the information as well but you have your orders…
It is exactly because of a lone wolf attitude that most Spec Ops guys don’t rise very high. Warriors do well on the battlefield but not in the political arena. Our man Cunnigham was just that type of guy too. Revered for his warrior skills in the air but on the ground most ppl around Mira Mar hated his guts.
