jackaxx. Just kidding. I’m probably not mentally prepared yet to be a slumlord (keyword is “yet”). I just realized that my agent that I normally work with decided to take a 2 year vacation in Taiwan, so either I need to find another agent soon and/or I need to motivate to get my license, though I know I could also work directly with the seller’s agent. Sheesh, good help is a difficult find these days.
