Quick update on NC Coastal. Active listings(485 to 492) and pendings (171 to 151). Still not alot of new inventory hitting the market. The drop in pednings coincided with month end closings. A quick check reveals they have dropped a bit further. Are we about to run out of gas?
It is still very tough to find a decent 4BR home at least 2400 sq ft under 900K in the better shool districts. There are about a dozen to choose from and half of those have unresolvable issues which have kept them on the market for several months.
