Prices won’t stabilize for a long time, and when they do it won’t be anywhere near today’s levels. We have at least another 12+ months of job losses, falling incomes and falling rents. Then that needs to ripple through the slow adjusting housing markets. We’ll easily shave another 10-20% off SD this year.
It’s easy to see if you are not a home owner, RE agent or have and strong emotional desire to “own”.
