price doesn’t really matter if it’s not an investment. I eman, when i buy clothing, if one suit is 30% higher or 12% lower or even 130% higher, I dont’ really care that much. i want to buya suit that i like and feel comfortable. in. the price is highly secondary. a suit is truly not an investment. a house though is. In fact, anyone who s ays it isn’t is a liar.
