Pretty sure Trump’s plan is to ignore it. If it becomes a problem, deny it and complain about the media. That way, it will just spread and no containment is needed.
Since the administration cut funding for the CDC, there’s limited testing available and no pandemic response team to counter that there really is a pandemic.
Also solves problems for SS and Medicare if it spreads to FL & AZ retirees and prisons.
