You make assumptions about things you know nothing about. For example, John Lundin in San Marcos sold 10 homes YTD in 2005. In 2006 he has sold 11 homes YTD and an increase of 12% in $ volume. HIs earning are up 12% this year not down 35% as you surmise. He currently has 3 more in escrow and about 10 active listings. John is well on his way to beating last year like myself.
I don’t understand what drives you, but basically it boils down to 1 of 3 scenarios.
