I just recently moved my mother out of her old house and I came across a vintage popsicle house circa 1992 (Third grade)It’s in great shape. Maybe a bit of a fixxer upper just needs a little TLC. perhaps, someone with construction experience would have no problem. It is currently unpainted so you can litterally have the house of your dreams at a great price. This house is located in the Northpark/City Heights area. A must see for first time buyers.
