Poor assumption PS….My income is up and I’m on track for my best year ever. I have turned down a few listings myself. Interestingly, after finding someone who told them what they wanted to hear and twisting in the wind at least one and probably two will be coming back. Unfortunately, the price will be lower than it could have been in January.
