Please don’t shoot the messenger, because I have no skin in this game (we’ve lived in CV, still have rentals there among other locations, and reside in RSF) but several of our friends who have relocated here, and are younger families, chose CV, 4S, Del Sur and Santaluz to name a few communities.
In the final analysis, for some of the reasons mentioned above and others, they ruled out anything east of I-15, but that is an individual choice, and you’ll certainly have to evaluate your own needs and wants in order to make the final decision.
