Good thing we’re already situated in good place :-).[/quote]A friends and family member took one of the homes in the first release, but I don’t think it’s something you’re going to have to worry about too much for the remaining releases. During the boom, homebuilder employees were all over these things, sometimes treating them like an ESPP, but that, like the rest of it, seems to have died down.
That said, it sounds like you might have a “friend” angle, so good for you. How good of a friend do you need to be? There are 3 plan threes facing the park, so I think you’re still in great shape, but if you could pull that off you’d be a lock.
