Funny, that’s how I felt about SEH. I live in 4S and one thing that I like that does not get mentioned is the proximity to Carmel Mountain/Rancho Bernardo. Scrips clinic, Costco, Target, never-busy movie theater, RB High tennis courts, etc are less than 10 minutes away and still not in your backyard.
