Personal questions: Do you really like the place? Why can you no longer wait to buy? Do you HAVE to be in 4S Ranch? Can you easily afford the PITI long term or will it be a struggle
I like 4S Ranch…close to my work, close to family, good school system. I am not ready to buy this place…looking for the best value for a large 3000 sq ft home to raise our growing family….There is a disagreement in our family regarding whether to buy now or wait. I want to wait, my spouse does not. We could afford the PITI in the long run…
I know lots of families who are willing to pay HOAs, Mellos Roos in order to live in a newer community that has a good school system. While there certainly were flippers in 4S Ranch, there are also many families who have been waiting for the prices to drop in order to buy & stay there long term.
