The matter is it’s Fraud.
If a transaction doesn’t match the HUD-1 to the penny it’s fraud.
I went to buy my house, they had screwed up and calculated property taxes off by one day.
it was like 6 bucks, i offered to pay cash, they freaked out and said “No go have a sandwich we will fix it up here”.
