PerryC, while it may be hard to believe from your vantage point, from mine, the Union-Buffoon appears to be insipid leftist drivel, largely. Yes, there are a few editorials to my liking here and there, but then they mess it up with some dumb position on an important issue.
The U-B has done some fine investigative reporting — pensions, Cunningham — and I really, really appreciate such. But, I get tired of the Aguirre bashing (who else is going to take our weak, idiotic, path-of-least-resistance City Council on?). And, I quit reading the Arts section because it pushes nothing but provocative stuff.
But, when you have leftist owners, what do you expect?
