I don’t know the man but he was super helpful when I talked with him on the phone.He could have just tried to snap up a referral but he thought this other direction might be best.You can call Bill and ask him what we talked about first, if you want.He can also do an appraisal without involving other third parties but it wouldn’t be good for any lenders. Shop around if you want i don’t see any reason why there wouldn’t be many people willing to do an appraisal for a homeowner.

I don’t know a lot about FHA John Doe appraisal. I understand it can actually be used for a loan with an FHA or VA buyer for six months.I haven’t reviewed all this to see if your house qualifies. You might check it out.I think it might. Other buyers would have to get their own appraisal. Worst case scenario you end up with appraisal.
