With that in mind, I decided to develop a ratio that can be used to draw certain conclusions about a city or community right down to the street level.

Method: In a given area, using google maps street view, I count the number of pickup trucks/10 houses in a cul de sac.
Yes, I am making certain assumptions about pickup truck drivers in general. That’s what marketing is all about.
A few example ratios:
Temecula: 0.3 Murrieta: 0.6 4S: 0.1
