paramount, I think they are still open, just building slowly, they listed some of their standing inventory on the mls last week. Woodside is still building, but slowly as well, it’s almost built out and almost half the existing ones have already been turned over as repos or shorts so it’s over the hump.
Of all the builders, they’ve lasted the longest, they can probably survive just being the only new home builder, some people want new.
