She also took on the republican establishment in Alaska. I admire her for that. That’s why her approval rating is high in Alaska. She killed the bridge to nowhere that made republicans and Ted Stevens and Alaska the laughingstock of the country.
I would seriously be considering McCain right now had he done the same thing these past 12 months. Instead, he ran a suck-up, pro-bush Karl Rove attack campaign and made hot man-love to James Dobson and the evangelicals along the way.
Is McCain going to last four years? Palin ends up President if McCain gets elected. McCain’s 72 years-old. He’s had four episodes of cancer and is showing signs of early dementia. I really suspect his health is in trouble.
