Definitely opinion, not fact, especially for me too. I tried to find jobs in other cities. Went there for interviews and couldn't wait to get home to SD. I can't leave this weather, no matter how much I try.

At $130k, if you can scrape together $26k for the down payment, your monthly payment is only $526-550, depending on interest rate. I think you can afford that on single income working minimum wage job.
